The pp fume hood is designed to be fully functional. The multi-slot exhaust structure is designed to completely eliminate the toxic harmful gases generated during the experiment. The bottom of the equipment is equipped with a vent, which can absorb natural gas the outside then combine it with the toxic gas inside the equipment to further dilute it for better driving the circulation of the harmful gas facilitating the elimination of the toxic gas. The inflow of natural air also prevents the polypropylene fume hood working with excessive air pressure, which can cause damage to the equipment.


  

Operation method precautions of pp fume hood:

The pp fume hood is made of PP material, which has excellent acid resistance, easy cleaning oxidation resistance. It is incomparable with ventilation equipment made of other materials. It overcomes the shortcomings of traditional fume hood equipment that rusts, yellows cracks under high temperature concentrated acid environment. Therefore, it can be used for higher strength acid alkali experiments, mainly used in dust-free laboratories with high environmental requirements, as well as high-strength acid alkali laboratories, purification rooms other places.


The pp fume cupboard is made of porcelain-white polypropylene with a thickness of 15mm. the upper exhaust cupboard consists of upper suction exhaust pipes, the internal design of three-stage exhaust system. It can extract all kinds of toxic gases in different ratios. Scientific reasonable, no airflow dead angle, obtaining larger exhaust gas trapping performance. The lower storage cabinet consists of independent water, electricity gas. The body piping system accommodates the cabinet design with one layer of partition in the middle, the control panel is set on the side panel of the outer column for easy observation operation. The experimental table is made of 20 mm thick ceramic epoxy resin. The view window is made of explosion-proof plexiglass with a thickness of more than 10 mm, which can stay in any position of the track for easy operation. The lower cabinet is equipped with acid mist system, activated carbon adsorption system PP strong acid alkali resistant fan. The whole body adopts bending technology. It is only beautiful generous, but also strong durable. It will fall apart during transportation.


Before using the pp fume hood, you need to start the exhaust fan lighting before you can carry out the test operation on the working surface of the cabinet. When using, the power supply voltage should be checked to see if it meets the requirements. If the exhaust motor is used, the exhaust motor needs to be checked regularly. If abnormal phenomena are found, specialized technical work needs to be requested to repair them. In order to ensure the safety of the operator, the glass movable plate needs to be closed when the splash low explosion test is carried out in the laboratory, it is strictly prohibited to carry out the strong explosion test in the cabinet. During operation, do hit the glass moving panel with your hand, head other hard objects tools. If the experiment volatilizes dangerous toxic gases into the room, endangering the personal safety of indoor personnel, it needs to be operated inside the working surface of the ventilator, shall be operated outside the cabinet. Cabinet test requires an electric furnace, should be padded with asbestos pads other insulation board.
