Form of ventilation dust removal system The form of ventilation dust removal system should be determined according to the conditions of process equipment configuration, production flow plant structure. Usually can be divided into the following three types:

1. In-situ type. In-situ type ventilation dust removal system is to set the dust collector dust removal unit directly on the dust-producing equipment, in-situ capture recovery of dust. This system is compact, simple in structure, easy to maintain manage, can achieve the two purposes of preventing dust escaping purifying the dusty gas at the same time. However, due to the limitations of production process conditions, this system is only applied to certain dust-producing equipment, such as sand mixer, belt conveyor transfer point silo.
