In general, the energy consumption of purified air-conditioning systems is much greater than that of general air-conditioning systems. The reason is that the load characteristics between the two are different. On the clean room, especially the semiconductor industry clean room, the load is characterized by: due to the exhaust air volume caused by a large amount of fresh air, so the new air treatment of the cold required to consume a large amount; air supply volume is large, conveying power consumption is large, the fan pipeline temperature rise; production equipment heat generation is large, consume a large amount of cold. The sum of these three loads generally accounts for 70% to 95% of the total load. Therefore, purification air-conditioning system energy-saving measures should be taken to reduce the amount of fresh air (reduce the amount of exhaust air); control the amount of air supply (reasonably determine the number of air changes); make full use of the amount of return air; choose low-resistance, high-efficiency air-conditioning  purification equipment  variable air volume fan  so on to start.
