1. Introduction of the Park

The development zone is located in the southeast of Hebei Province, with a total area of 268 square kilometers a population of 42,000 people. As one of the national policy-guided development areas, it is an important part of the economic integration of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei metropolitan area, has been listed as one of the “one line, two compartments” economic development strategies of Hebei Province.

2.Leading Industries

The development zone has formed 630,000 tons of PVC, 150,000 tons of TDI, 2 million tons of cement, 360,000 tons of chlor-alkali chemicals, 2 × 350MW cogeneration, 600,000 tons of synthetic ammonia 800,000 tons of urea, 20,000 tons of catalysts, 100,000 tons of flavors fragrances, 200,000 tons of pharmaceutical pesticide intermediates, as well as a total of 200,000 tons of specialty chemicals other major projects, forming a petrochemical, coal chemical industry, Fine chemical industry other industries as the leading Lingang industrial agglomeration area.

3、Entry enterprises

The park has gathered a number of well-known chemical enterprises at home abroad, such as China National Chemical Corporation, Hong Kong China Resources Group, Jizhong Energy Group, Air America, Veolia, Air Liquide, BBMG, Yang Coal Zhengyuan Group, etc. their supporting utility engineering logistics companies. At present, there are 118 enterprises in the development zone, with 23 above-scale enterprises. 2014, the development zone realized industrial added value of 12.576 billion yuan.
